2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary materials (e.g., text, images, branding assets) in a timely manner. Delays in delivery may affect project deadlines.

3. Payment Terms

Payment must be made as per the agreed-upon schedule in your service contract. We may require a deposit upfront. Late payments may incur fees or project suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom work becomes the property of the client. Cloud Scape Innovations retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions and Approvals

Each project includes a set number of revisions. Additional revisions may be billed separately. Final approval is required before the project goes live.

6. Warranties and Limitations

We strive to deliver top-quality work but do not guarantee specific results (e.g., search engine rankings). We are not liable for damages caused by third-party software or hosting issues.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a contract with written notice. Work completed up to that point must be paid for.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida .
